RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM FAQ

1. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE PROGRAM?

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above who provide a valid email address or mobile phone number. Employees of Shiseido Hong Kong Limited and affiliated business partners or vendors are not eligible. Participation in the Program is not for commercial use.

2. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Your first Qualifying Year begins on the day you enroll in the program and concludes on December 31 of the following year. Subsequent Qualifying Years start on January 1 and end on December 31 of the year after that. The program consists of four tiers, each with corresponding benefits:

  1. • Tier 1, SILVER: $1 – $14,999
    • Tier 2, GOLD: $15,000 – $44,999
    • Tier 3, PLATINUM: $45,000 - $79,999
    • Tier 4, DIAMOND: $80,000 or above

Upon joining, your membership tier is determined based on meeting a certain amount of eligible purchases and other qualifying activities from January 1 to December 31 each year. With any purchase, you are automatically placed in Tier 1, SILVER, and receive all its associated benefits. During your initial Qualifying Year, reaching at least $15,000 in eligible purchases elevates you to Tier 2, GOLD. Achieving $45,000 or more promotes you to Tier 3, PLATINUM, or hitting $80,000 advances you to Tier 4, DIAMOND. Your tier status remains for the remainder of the Qualifying Year in which you qualify and the subsequent full Qualifying Year. Continuous qualification for a tier requires meeting the spending threshold annually. For instance:

  1. DIAMOND Members:

    • To maintain DIAMOND status, accumulate $80,000 or more in the current calendar year to extend DIAMOND status until December 31 of the following year.
    • Any spending between $45,000 and $79,999 within the current calendar year results in a downgrade to PLATINUM at the start of the next year, expiring on December 31.
    • Any spending between $15,000 and $44,999 within the current calendar year results in a downgrade to GOLD at the start of the next year, expiring on December 31.
    • Any spending below $15,000 within the current calendar year leads to a downgrade to SILVER at the beginning of the next year, expiring on December 31.
    • If there is no spending in the current calendar year, the membership level will only be reflected as MEMBER at the start of the next year.

  2. PLATINUM Members:

    • Any spending of $80,000 or more within the current calendar year results in an instant upgrade to DIAMOND, expiring on December 31 of the following year.
    • To maintain PLATINUM status, spending between $45,000 and $79,999 in the current calendar year extends PLATINUM status until December 31 of the following year.
    • Any spending between $15,000 and $44,999 within the current calendar year results in a downgrade to GOLD at the start of the next year, expiring on December 31.
    • Any spending below $15,000 within the current calendar year leads to a downgrade to SILVER at the beginning of the next year, expiring on December 31.
    • If there is no spending in the current calendar year, the membership level will only be reflected as MEMBER at the start of the next year.

  3. GOLD Members:

    • Any spending of $80,000 or more within the current calendar year results in an instant upgrade to DIAMOND, expiring on December 31 of the following year.
    • Any spending between $45,000 and $79,999 within the current calendar year results in an instant upgrade to PLATINUM, expiring on December 31 of the following year.
    • To maintain GOLD status, spending between $15,000 and $45,999 in the current calendar year extends GOLD status until December 31 of the following year.
    • Any spending below $15,000 within the current calendar year leads to a downgrade to SILVER at the beginning of the next year, expiring on December 31.
    • If there is no spending in the current calendar year, the membership level will only be reflected as MEMBER at the start of the next year.

  4. SILVER Members:

    • Any spending of $80,000 or more within the current calendar year results in an instant upgrade to DIAMOND, expiring on December 31 of the following year.
    • Any spending between $45,000 and $79,999 within the current calendar year results in an instant upgrade to PLATINUM, expiring on December 31 of the following year.
    • Any spending between $15,000 and $45,999 within the current calendar year results in an instant upgrade to GOLD, expiring on December 31 of the following year.
    • To maintain SILVER status, any spending below $15,000 in the current calendar year to extend SILVER status until December 31 of the following year.
    • If there is no spending in the year, the membership level will only be reflected as MEMBER at the start of the next year.

Earn points and unlock loyalty tiers by making eligible purchases or engaging in specific Program actions. Gain at least 1 point for every HK$1 or MOP$1 spent on qualifying purchases at Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong stores, counters, or online at www.cledepeau-beaute.com.hk. Additional point-earning opportunities may arise periodically. Accumulated points enable redemption for rewards of defined retail value at various point levels. Visit our stores to explore current reward offerings, subject to availability. Rewards are dependent on points accumulated within the corresponding Qualifying Year. Upon redeeming a reward, the points associated with it are deducted. Redeem available points/rewards by Dec 31; unused points and rewards expire.

Points reset to zero on Jan 1, initiating a new cycle of point accumulation and reward earning.

3. HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

To earn points, you must enroll in the RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM.

You must be signed into your online account at www.cledepeau-beaute.com.hk at the time of purchase, or provide your member details (such as name, registered email address, and/or mobile phone number) to a personal beauty specialist at any Concept Store or Image Counter.

RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM members earn at least 1 point for every HK$1 or MOP$1 spent on qualifying purchases at any Concept Store, Image Counter, or on www.cledepeau-beaute.com.hk. Qualifying purchases include regular-priced items, excluding any service, gift cards, shipping charges, and other specified products. Points are credited after your order is shipped. Members will not receive points or benefits from retail purchases made in Duty Free, airport locations, stores and counters not operated by Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong and outside of Hong Kong or Macau.

Apart from regular purchases, additional opportunities to earn points may be provided from time to time.

Accounts and RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM points cannot be shared or combined. Each member is allowed only one account. You can check your points, tier, and benefits online at www.cledepeau-beaute.com.hk or inquire at any Concept Store or Image Counter.

We reserve the right to make changes at any time to the benefits of the RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM, the qualification criteria for each tier, the ways to earn points, the criteria for qualifying purchases, and/or the eligibility to participate in RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM activities. In the event of any significant changes to the program terms and conditions, FAQs, and/or the RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM membership program, we will make every effort to provide advance notice in writing or through publication on www.cledepeau-beaute.com.hk or other channels.

4. HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS IN-STORE?

To redeem your benefits and/or points at any Concept Store or Image Counter, you must be a member of the RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM and provide your member details (such as name, registered email address, and/or mobile phone number) to a Personalized Beauty Specialist in person. Points cannot be redeemed at Duty Free locations, airports, stores and counters not operated by Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong, and outside of Hong Kong or Macau. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

You can redeem all available points for multiple rewards and different products (limited to two redemptions per product). We reserve the right to impose individual redemption quantity limits on specific rewards or products. No qualifying purchase is necessary to redeem a reward.

We reserve the right to make certain rewards or benefits redeemable only at specified Concept Stores or Image Counters, subject to availability. We also reserve the right to change or substitute an item with another item in case of unavailability without prior notice to members.

5. WHY HAVE MY POINTS DISAPPEARED?

When you redeem your points for product rewards, the corresponding amount of points will be deducted from your available balance.

You must redeem your available points on or before December 31st; otherwise, any unused rewards will expire. On January 1st, your points and spending balance will reset to zero, and you will begin accumulating new points and unlocking new rewards.

6. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

As a member, you will enjoy tier benefits and earn points to redeem rewards.

Point Benefits: You can exchange some or all of your points for select product rewards, subject to availability. Visit any Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong Concept Store or Image Counter for the latest reward options. Reward availability is limited and can be redeemed at these locations. Rewards are based on accumulated points from your qualified spending in the corresponding membership year. After redeeming points for a reward, your point balance will be adjusted accordingly. Make sure to use your points by December 31st, as unused rewards will expire. On January 1st, your points reset to zero, and you begin earning new rewards.

Tier Benefits: Certain benefits are tied to your tier level, determined by qualifying spend and activities from January 1st to December 31st each year. Enjoy these benefits based on your tier, irrespective of your current points. These benefits can be claimed at Concept Stores or Image Counters based on eligibility.

New Member Privileges
Upon joining and making a qualifying purchase, you receive a First Purchase Gift and a complimentary welcome service. Rejoining the program does not grant additional gifts. Each member can claim these benefits once during the designated promotion period.

The First Purchase Gift, complimentary welcoming service, Birthday Surprise, and Tier Upgrade Surprise (together the "Gifts"), cannot be transferred, delayed, exchanged or returned. The gifts cannot be combined with any program discount offers or product rewards or with other Online or in-store promotional offers (e.g., other discounts, free sample offers, free product offers, etc.). All Gifts are on first come, first served basis while stocks last. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to determine the content of your Gifts.

7. DO MY POINTS, TIER BENEFITS AND TIER STATUS EVER EXPIRE?

Your tier benefits remain active as long as you are within a specific tier. In the event of a tier downgrade, your benefits will adjust accordingly.

On December 31st, your spending and points in the RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM will reset to zero. Although your spending and points reset annually on January 1st, your tier status remains valid for the rest of the Qualifying Year in which you qualify for that tier and the subsequent full Qualifying Year. To maintain your tier status beyond that period, you will need to meet the spending requirements for that tier in the following Qualifying Year. Refer to the section on HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK for further information.

8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASES TO ACCRUE TO MY ACCOUNT?

For all qualified purchases at any Concept Stores or Image Counters, it may take up to 24 hours for the points to be credited to your account and available for reward redemption.

Regarding purchases made at www.cledepeau-beaute.com.hk, points will be credited to your account upon shipment of your order and can be used for redeeming rewards. It may take between 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is shipped for the points to be reflected in your account.

9. I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT OR CANCEL AN ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS?

If you need to return a product or cancel an order, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted accordingly. If your tier status was elevated due to that particular order and you later return or cancel it, you will revert back to your original tier. The product redeemed must be returned along with the refunded product. Please be aware: In cases of fraudulent activity or any violations of the RADIANCE LOYALTY PROGRAM terms and conditions that lead to an upgrade, point deductions and tier demotion may also occur.

10. CAN THE PROGRAM BE TERMINATED?

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate this program or any aspect of it at any time. We will make efforts to notify you in advance, even if such changes may impact the value of already accumulated rewards, points, or benefits, and/or your ability to redeem them. If the Program is terminated, your rewards and benefits will cease automatically. We will inform you of the effective date of termination of the Program, rewards, and benefits.
